We present a male with right shoulder pain and limitation admitted to our clinic and diagnosed with axillary web sydrome. Palpable subcutaneous cord that extended from axillary crease down to the ipsilateral arm was revealed. He was administered nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug and arranged 15 sessions of physical therapy. Reporting this interesting patient without any known aetiology-to our best notice for the first time in the literature - we call attention of clinicians to the this syndrome.
